Abstract

The aim of this study was to develop a methodological discussion for a new perspective within the systems approach. This vision is aimed at breaking the dichotomous acceptance into this thinking there are only hard or soft systems, understanding the former as those well defined systems, with clear objectives and structured problems, usually related to mechanical realities, by contrast, soft systems are those where the human factor is decisive in its evolution, therefore, his problem is not easy to structure, such as social systems. The work represents an exploratory research with mixed-source design, as the procedure used, was defined in four phases: contextualization of the situation, formation of conceptual, methodological construction and general applications of the proposal. The result was a new systemic approach called ductile systems (fusion between hard and soft systems) also proposed a specific methodology for the study of this type of system. With this vision he responds to various events, mainly those related to the integration of technology and humanity, promoting a systemic approach integrating and inclusive, apart from conceptual antagonisms inherited.
