Abstract

The observed skills in students when they are begining their graduation project are usually strongly powered both in procedural and conceptual perspective. Nevertheless, they are less focused from the attitudinal perspective. This fact have a higher relevance at the moment in which the future professionals are requiered by a strong background in the three perspectives mentioned above, that means, a complete professional. In the same way, have been explained the training challenges that point to a new culture of working with new skills. Therefore, the role of teachers in graduation projects is the mean through which the skills of students can be developed in a proper and efficient way. That is the reason by which in this work is proposed a method of coaching which aims to generate greater success in meeting the objectives that have been proposed in the final thesis.
