Abstract

The curriculum redesigned is a challenge for higher education institutions, which has been taken into account when drawing their policies and included in development plans of countless universities, to point to a comprehensive education and skills . The University is no stranger to this trend since early 2010 socializing process guidelines to be carried out in colleges and undergraduate programs. The following shows the process that took place within the Program of Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications to strengthen the academic program and maintain its social relevance, scientific and cultural.
