Abstract

The investigation aims to determine the dimensions of organizational values reported by companies with high incomes, given the organizational values as enhancer elements to engage the people with the objectives of the organization. The study of the size, was carried out by applying exploratory factor analysis, since they did not know a priori the number of components of the scale. Factor Analysis allowed us to establish a first grouping of organizational values present in the companies studied, in 8 factors, the dimensions were defined: Values for improvement, consisting of training, training, trust, honesty, ingenuity, creativity and continuous improvement. Values of commitment, composed of security values, corporate social responsibility, environmental protection and profitability. Values of work, which includes accountability, innovation and teamwork. Operational values, are associated with the values relating to human resources, quality and cost rationalization. Personal values, involves two values respect and integrity. Values of greatness, consisting of a value, excellence lar. External values, relating to customer satisfaction and finally values of integration, consisting of the value of diversity, inclusion
