Abstract

For the success of a Project, it is evaluated aspects such as meeting time, quality and cost, for this reason, the objective of this study was to develop a model for process management through a systems approach, using as case study two companies in a merger process, with a population of 15 employees and a purposive sample of 3 of them, since these belong to the engineering department. Itself, the proposal also covered the development of a software in php programming language that enables compliance with the established model, using the Soft Systems Methodology of Checkland, P. R. Pressman and iWeb. The study was based on the influential analysis of the processes and methodologies used in project management, resulting in a proposed conceptual engineering for investment projects that showcase your strengths and contribute to optimal performance of the activities. In conclusion, from the evaluation of the processes performed by the company could design a model based on strategic thinking and vision of equipment, supported by technological tools that implement a culture of quality, responsibility and order in the activities.
