Abstract

This article contains a proposal for a link model of university-industry-state using information and communication technologies; the model is designed primarily for the Faculty of Engineering, Industrial Engineering Curriculum Project at the Distrital University Francisco José de Caldas. Can be used as a guide to conduct models for linking the academy with the company.
The model proposed here is based on previous models such as the Sabato´s triangle and triple helix model. The model designed in this project that the University seeks to provide for formal implementation to strengthen the relationship of the academy to the business world closer, thus obtaining benefits.
Furthermore, evidence all the necessary elements to enable it and the profits it brings its implementation.
