Abstract:

In this current work is carried out the analysis of reliability of the system GESPROv1.0 installed in the University of Informatic Sciences (UCI). GESPRO v1.0 is a package for the Management of Projects developed by the University of Informatics Sciences (UCI) being a business product from the commercial companies associated to the University. This system has a group of functionalities that are contained in packages that integrate them. GESPRO v1.0 has been deployed and it is used with success in 23 centers of the UCI. This package for the management of projects is conformed by a group of applications that are those that really give them the functionality for which was created, functionalities that until the moment add 29, these can be accessible from anyone of the centers of development of the UCI. A graph is also represented where the location structure is shown of each one of the applications that GESPRO v1.0 conforms inside each one of the 23 development centers. At once having this distribution proceeds to the calculation of the availability of the system GESPRO v1.0 that for it should be kept it in mind the availability of each one of the applications in correspondence with its failures and errors in their operation or benefits of services, that it contains the same thing and specifically once they are obtained it should be kept in mind the applications that are in series and in parallel. Then proceeds to identify the failures or errors for possible improvements to the services of GESPRO v1.0.
