Abstract:

Clinical information systems framed in the field of health standards and best practices used integration as HL7 and IHE to share documents related to the EHR; as well as manage and consult information related to the identity of patients using the XDS, PIX and PDQ profiles respectively. The research focuses on developing a communication platform SOA including health integration profiles XDS, PIX and PDQ belonging to the area of IT Infrastructure, also a repository for clinical documents and records for the corresponding metadata. WSO2 suite tools were used to support the various services; NetBeans, Maven and Jmeter to implement and test them. For data persistence PostgreSQL is chosen. An interoperability platform that supports the proposal and interacting with a hospital information system was developed. Is checked correct operation of the component with international validator Gazelle and monitoring tools which showed a yield of 136.7 to 4000 requests per second connections are used. The average time is 1.71 seconds.
