STUDENT SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
DESCRIPTION
- Students need to submit either a maximum 10-page paper or an extended abstract.
- All authors should be students. The submission must list the Faculty Mentors/Advisors that reviewed it under the list of authors.
- Requires a STUDENT REGISTRATION of at least one author by the Early Registration deadline.
- Accepted submissions will be published with ISBN as student work, and archived online with free public access.
- Upon acceptance all students have to prepare a poster for the poster competition.
- Only 6 paper finalists will prepare a 10-minute PPT presentation for the paper competition.
SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:
- Papers are accepted in PDF format only.
- Use appropriate format: STUDENT PAPER TEMPLATE and STUDENT EXTENDED ABSTRACT TEMPLATE
- PAPERS NOT COMPLYING WITH THE REQUIRED FORMAT WILL BE REJECTED
- Go to the submission site to enter the paper and author information: http://laccei_sp.eng.fau.edu/
- Upload your submission.
IMPORTANT DATES
The deadine for submission is March 16, 2012.
Authors will be notified of acceptance by April 15, 2012.
The deadline for submitting final, camera-ready papers is May 20, 2012.

- Estudiantes necesitan someter un artículo de 10 páginas como máximo o un resúmen extendido.
- Todos los autores deben ser estudiantes.
- Requiere un REGISTRO DE ESTUDIANTE. El artículo deberá listar todos los Mentores de la Facultad debabjo de la lista de los estudiantes.
- Será publicado como un resumen extendido en el proceso con ISBN y archivado en línea con acceso público y gratuito.
- Una vez aceptado, todos los estudiantes necesitan preparer un poster para la competencia de posters.
- Solo los 6 articulos finalistas prepararan una presentacion de 10 minutos para la comptencia de articulos.

FECHAS IMPORTANTES
La fecha límite para entregar trabajos es el 16 de Marzo, 2012.
Se notificará la aceptación de artículos el 15 de Abril, 2012.
La fecha límite para entregar TRABAJOS FINALES es el 20 de Mayo, 2012.
