LACCEI crossed the 100th member milestone at the LACCEI 2009 Conference when Dr Jose Carlos Quadrado, rector of Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa (ISEL) in Portugal joined LACCEI, making ISEL the 100th LACCEI institutional member.
